Meet Our Team

Our Team handles procurements of servers and domains and sets them up for various businesses. We make sure to stay on top of all these products and not let any active VPS and domains expire. We process tickets submitted to us in a timely manner or depending on severity. Our team scans through various email accounts to search for spam and fraud and report it. We also audit our own expenses each month to make sure it’s in line with our accounting team.

I manage the Network/Compliance support team. My team and I, make sure all backend development works as intended. As a Team Leader, I make sure that my team is equipped with enough knowledge and skills to handle the day-to-day back-end troubleshooting that will happen.

I’m currently the Marketing Officer of SMS Dream Team. I am responsible for handling almost all of the SMS Marketing related [matters]. In this position, my team and I basically do statistical and analytical tasks.

As a Marketing Officer, my day is usually spent with data management and auditing revenue performance and statistics. By strategically positioning the campaigns and securing that they are running as expected, we provide confidence that our team and our outputs are of excellent quality and performance.

I mainly work with different people helping them with their needs like Auditing, Quality Assurance, Managing, System Change, and Troubleshooting on the campaigns we have on multiple platforms.

I manage the Network and Compliance, working together with the EU team. Time management is very important because while I help with the other counterparts, I am also working on all the Compliance workloads.

I usually handle advertiser-related concerns. I help with various tasks, especially on the technical side. From talking with the advertisers, setting up the campaign, troubleshooting any tech-related concerns it may encounter, and monitoring each performance up to thinking about what way we can do to improve the performance of each offer. I'm also coordinating with some publishers what new offers we have for them and also helping the team in whatever audits or concerns we may have.

I overview the team’s workloads, motivate, encourage, and care for the health and safety of my members. Responsible for mailing everyday campaigns, analysis, data segmentation, and suppression.

I currently am a Creative Director in the creative department after starting as a Junior Graphic Designer. I mainly handle Lead Generation Banner requests and occasional email campaign requests. We closely work and assist with the anything client logo, website design, and other requests from our US counterpart.

As the team leader and head of the accounting team, I ensure that every member of my team knows our tasks/responsibilities individually and along the team. I also believe that I should lead them to have a better connection with our US team. When I became the team lead, my perspective at work completely changed. I want each member and the whole team as well to shine and be recognized. My main goal is to make this team great with a proactive, full-of-knowledge, and reliable bunch of awesome people.
