How effective is your communication with the US clients?

The language barrier is usually a challenge when dealing with international clients. Being based in the Philippines, where English is the second primary language is an advantage in working with our US counterparts. Language fluency is also part of our qualifications during recruitment. We make sure every member of the team gets to be trained on how to communicate and gets knowledge of American culture. In terms of channels of communication, we use tools such as email, Skype, and Discord. Mailtech is currently in its work-from-home setting and has been getting more productive with the setup.

What is your process for solving problems addressed by the clients?

The team lead, manager, and general manager are the first ones to receive the feedback and they are the ones who relay it to the team. The problem-solving process is addressed immediately to the US counterpart. If our team encounters a problem, we also quickly address it with our clients together with suggested solutions.
